Disclaimer
Dignity Manufacturing will make every effort to fulfil all orders promptly and efficiently. However, due to the high volume of custom and one-off orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery or collection dates selected when placing an order.
Orders before or after 10am
Before 10am
Orders placed before 10 AM will normally be processed and manufactured for collection the following working day.
Delivery for these orders will normally be scheduled from the 3rd working day after the order is placed.
After 10am
Orders placed after 10 AM will be normally processed and manufactured for collection on the 3rd working day after the order is placed.
Delivery for these orders will normally be scheduled from the 4th working day after the order is placed.
Collection
Dignity Manufacturing will contact the branch to confirm the collection date and time.
Delivery
If possible, orders can be delivered with a regular coffin delivery, depending on space and delivery schedules. Dignity Manufacturing will contact the branch to discuss this option.
Courier
Courier delivery can be arranged, but due to high costs, this method is not recommended. If selected, Dignity Manufacturing will contact the branch to confirm the delivery date.
